Autoboys - Unpleasant, poor service!!

Good Day.

I am utterly disappointed in Autoboys Lydenburg.

I went there after work at 16: 35 to have an inspection for my car since my insurance expects it before Friday (27.11.2020) and I was told the person who inspects is not around due to family business( OK! I understand, I am human after all) I spoke with him over the phone and we had an agreement that he will be there by 07:15 since he is available only in the morning and I need to be at work by 07;30. I was there 07:10 waiting for him until 07:50. No one said anything to me the personnel pass me as if I am not there, no one explained anything to me, that time I sacrificed my time and I arrived at work late only to find out that I couldn't be assisted.

I am even contemplating on canceling insurance with the company I am with now, if they able to recommend such a bad service giving company like that?! what more about my other claims?!
