Autoboys - Sure Discovery Insurance can afford proper Service providers

We booked a replacement windscreen through Discover Insurance for our car. They informed us that Autoboys will be the service provider to replace the windscreen for us.

The BIG problem comes in that their drivers don't have smart phones, so can't use 21st century technology such as Google maps, Wize or any other GPS/GEO mapping service. This now results in us having to battle to give a driver directions that 1H30 late like one had to back in the 80's

We are extremely disappointed with the lack of service. And management is VERY blaze about it when I tried to escalate the matter
