Autoboys Honeydew
<p>I have logged a claim with my insurance, and they use Autoboys. The guys from Honeydew were suppose to be at my office at 10h00 in the morning, after phoning them at 10h20, trying to find out where they are. Then only the owner of the place tells me his drivers are all running late, and they can only come at 12h00, which only happened at 12h00. Their service is terrible!</p>
Indeed this Unacceptable delay was due to our Autoboys Honeydew franchise who failed to notify the client that their fitters were running late and the fitment took place two hours later than initially arranged by the Honeydew branch. I have called the valued client Mrs Petro du Toit and apologised profusely for this and the client has graciously accepted our sincere apologies. We have addressed this matter with management of Honeydew Autoboys to ensure that such instances are not repeated.
