Auto Boys Annlin Lavender Road. This is the worst Company you will ever deal with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are listed with Iwyze to do a car inspection on your car that needs to be submitted at the Insurance. I phoned multiple times before going for the inspection to arrange that I will be coming through, Stating I am not close I need to drive far can I come through to do the inspection? Phoned 3 times during the week. All fine come through, we will gladly assist!?. On the morning before driving through I phoned again same answer. All fine to assist. Got there, No they will not be able to assist!!!! I arranged..... you confirmed!!!! Highly upset I left. But nooooooo lets repeat this pathetic customer service the next week. Same story!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Phoned the Friday arranged for the Saturday, all fine will help with the inspection. Phoned Saturday morning stated I don't want a repeat of last week. Are you certain all is fine to do the inspection Confirmation again.
