Autoboys

I’m writing this with so much disappointment and frustration with regards to the service at Autoboys headoffice. Both my left front and rear windows have been broken for three full weeks now and they failing to get suppliers to deliver my glasses and get my windows fitted. My fitment appointments have been cancelled three times till date with no windows, all because they are unable to push their suppliers for delivery and keep telling me there’s nothing they can do about it on their end. I’m being sent pillar to post with no actual solutuon and more excuses for something my insurance has sorted out with them three weeks ago. They always promise to call me back with a follow up and i have to keep calling them and ask them how far is this whole matter. I absolutely without hesitation not recommend Autoboys to anyone out there as they seem very *********** and full of excuses with no actual solution on when to deliver. I rate this company a zero and still don’t have the window sorted till date.
