Auto Boys to be closed

We have a client who is now very upset with us, the client had a crack or stone damage to their windscreen in April 2018, out of the blue comes this guy and tells the client that they will fix it the client should just provide them with the policy number ! Our client is under the impression that these guys was appointed by their insurance company , they did a BAD,BAD Job the windscreen isn't fitted correctly because its leaking water & it is not Shutterproof , these guys were rude and had attitudes like they did not pay attention to the client. They were paid out and now are nowhere to be found ( R8 971)
