Auto Boys - Side window claim - Useless

If I could give zero, I would! Auto boys received the window claim for a Toyota Rav 2,4 in the 14th January - ( ***) - Eventually we moved the claim (after 18 days (poor communication and broken promises to my son JT Hedges, in whole name the car is registered). Claim was transferred to PG Autoglass (***): They then took a further 10 days to resolve. Major issue is with Auto Boys who DO NOT communicate - Unacceptable as partners with Discovery!!!
