Auto Boys LEAKING CARS!

In October last year insurance sent Auto Boys to replace my windscreen. On Sunday while it poured at the car wash, we realized that there was water leaking into the car through the windscreen. First thing on Monday I contacted my insurer who sent an email notifying Auto Boys, Wednesday came with no response. On Thursday I am called by their receptionist telling someone will call me to arrange fixing this. I AM STILL WAITING! They suddenly have no sense of urgency and I am still sitting with a car that leaks!
