3hrs late

i mr noormahomed had booked a repair for the chip on my cars windscreen for thurs 11/6/2015 which they were sepose to cum @ 9 am which they didnt arive i had to phn and find out why were they not on time 3 times which they finally came a 1155am this is not acceptable.
