Autobots Towbars Tokai

Autobots installed my Towbar on my Jetta TDi At my premises. The removed my back bumper and other parts to fit the towbar. I had to call Phillip the owner to explain to him that all the *****s of the body parts were not refitted. He sent his fitter Chris that did the job back to me to fit the *****s he left out. I towed my boat once and then a trailer and now I have a towbar that is loose on my car. I have been trying to contact Phillip ( who seemed a nice guy ) but my calls are not being answered. I paid R5800 for the job including a certificate for shoddy workmanship. Think twice before you use Autobots from Tokai....
