They installed a towbar on my car at my home and I had to pay them before they left. After the first tow it came loose and they promised to replace it. They came to my house and removed it and tried to fit the replacement. It wouldn't fit and they took both away. After trying a number of times to fit the replacement I advised them I would like my money back. I was told it wasn't a problem and they would refund me. Three months later I am still trying to get my money back. Phillip the owner kept promising me but after a number of calls he has blocked my phone, my wife's, and others that I have tried to use. He owes me R3 790.
