TERRIBLE SERVICE

I used to love taking my car to Autobeat, they were friendly and very helpful also the prices weren't bad.

I took my car for a service in Feb, I asked that my brakes be checked and replaced as it has been making a noise. 2 weeks later my car was screaming so bad when braking that I had to take it back, discs and brakes had to be done, and it was an extra cost. it's now a week later, took my car for a wheel alignment after they have replaced my brakes and the person who replaced my 2 front tires and did the wheel alignment advised my shocks at the back are leaking. This is things that need to be done when the car goes for a service. all these things are to be checked, my cost for my car has doubled of proper checks not being done on the car. Never taking my car back to them I can find another company interested in a loyal customer after a job well done.
