False promises - Selling dreams.
By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
I was taken for a ride by the sales consultant Erin Evans for 3 months waiting to take delivery of a car then last minute been told the deal won't happen. He was quick to push for a deposit but when he had to hold his end of the bargain, it was stories after stories but yet I was patient. Never, ever deal with Auto24.
Their hellopeter review are probably those where a client is promoted to go write a good review about the dealership because what I experience was nowhere close to being good. The absolute worse service.

I found a dealership that was able to assist through the same finance company (FlexiDrive) which you guys were apparently using, and took delivery of the vehicle within a week.
After what I've experienced with Auto24, unfortunately there's no way I'll ever come to you guys ever again.

I found a dealership that was able to assist through the same finance company (FlexiDrive) which you guys were apparently using, and took delivery of the vehicle within a week.
After what I've experienced with Auto24, unfortunately there's no way I'll ever come to you guys ever again.
