Poot after sales service

Prommised all is inorder.. when takken delivery of the car aircon didnt work and no spare key after time of cominicating took the car for aircon regas dropped it off at 7.30 at 16.00 when picking up the car they only arranged for someone to refill the aircon been told on email they wrongly comunicated they will replace the key and it will be done within that week. Thats the last communication for 4 weeks no response even Dealer Principal wont respond.
