Pathetic car sales service

<p>I had approached Auto100 2 weeks ago requesting to purchase a vehice, they had made these promises that i would have my car in 2 days which got me really excited. I had then come across issues that occured and my deal had to be re-registered... this meant waiting until this week to get the car which i had no choice but to wait. i call them this morning after signing contracts yesterday and they still dont know whether i can collect my car?? i hear from their finance house that i may only collect next week! i have said to them i do not have a car at the moment and it seems to be falling on deaf ears. This has been a horrific experience of pathetic customer service i am experiencing and it really seems that they do not want to sell this car to me. I would recommend that anyone viewing cars at this dealership be very wise!!</p>
