Holding deposit refunds

I wanted to by a car through them, and the lady had said that i have to give a holding deposit- which I have paid them with Eft, she said that once the deal was approved they would return the deposit into my account. Well, that was end of June, and since then they've had many excuses as to why it hasnt been paid back. I am still waiting for my refund of the holding deposit.
