Terrible service from Auto Xtreme car dealership Pretoria

We have purchased a vehicle from Auto Xtreme. After signing the documents we were told that we need to purchase the license disc and number plates ourselves as we stay in Midrand and they are based in Pretoria and that Auto Xtreme would pay us back the cost of the number plates and disc. So i have purchased the disc and plates and sent the proof of the bill to the dealership and they ended up paying me short.. When i queried this with the salesman Henry he said his boss said they dont pay for debt... We just bought the vehicle from them how could we have any debt on the vehicle. Its been almost 3 weeks now and i still have not received the balance of the money. This is really pathetic service from the dealership. I don't think anyone should trust this dealership to get a refund. Pathetic service and always dont get feedback regarding your money....
