Sad after sale service.

I bought a 2010 BMW X5 from this entity. I had some problems, of which only one was resolved. There is NO pride in their after-sales service, and instead of solving the problem, they will go to all levels NOT to assist. This is the type of business that gives used car outlets a bad name. They might have one sale but lost more in the long run. I suggest anybody reading this comment, to go and have a look at MitMak Motors in Pretoria North. You might pay more, but you WILL get the quality pre and post-service you as a consumer deserve.
