Possibly the best experience I've ever had buying a second-hand car

I have nothing but compliments and praise for this dealership. In fact, I was XTREMELY pleasantly suprised!

Starting with Reghardt (Reggie) as the sale representative that I dealt with. From the very first time we met, he was pleasant, respectful and accomodating. I found his approach to be the right amount of talking and engaging, without being pushy, and also without being disinterested as I have found most car sales folk to be.

My experience with Leon, their F&I was also outstanding. He was pleasant, and able to process the application fast and efficiently. Completing the contractual obligations of the deal was a breeze.

Overall, I have to say that this dealership really delivered outstanding service. The vehicle I bought developed an issue with the transfer case, and they happily took the repiar costs on themselves, and 100% sorted the vehicle out for me. I must add it was not an easy task for them, and the only headache for all of us was the back and forth to get the vehicle to the appropriate repair center.

Reghardt was an absolute star when it came to handling the issue, always remaining friendly, and helpful. The dealership management did not protest once to the issue that developed, and I appreciate that they did not leave me in a lurch like most dealerships do.

I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a second-hand vehicle with confidence.
