Pooooor Service

We bought a vehicle there about a month ago, the guy who assisted us was laid off before the delivery of the vehicle. The vehicle was delivered by their sales manager Wian. After getting the vehicle we had just experience of bad service and communication up till today. When I informed Wian and Regardth that there is some issues with the aircon and some parts. They organized the missing parts but when they arrived they did not fit. They said we must regas the aircon which we did, and worked for a bit but then just went hot again. When telling Wian that he said he did pay for the regas and that is all that he will do. I believe this is clearly a problem from before delivery and was not addressed and fixed before and now they are just ignoring me since Wednesday. I believe this is real terrible way of doing business and trearing clients.
