Pathetic poor service from Autoxtreme Silverton Pretoria

I bought a 2014 TOYOTA HILUX 3.0D-4D RAIDER XTRA CAB 4X4 P/U S/C for my son in February 2021. We took delivery of this vehicle on 2021-02-18. We were told by the salesperson that we can take the vehicle to any Toyota dealership and they can do an AA check on this vehicle. If there is any fault, we can being back and they will fix. I sent them salesperson a list off all the faults on the vehicle. No response. A month after we collected the vehicle, my son was almost in an accident because of no brakes. Please keep in mind that my son is a student and he studies from home. He uses this vehicle minimum and if we go somewhere, we take my vehicle. I was told by the salesperson it was because of ware an tear on our side. I wrote a mail to the owner of this dealer - not even one word from him. I had to replace the brake pads and something else that was totally broken. It cost me R2800. Today is 28 May - still no number plates and still no licence disk. This dealership is pathetic. I am going to speak to ABSA to give this vehicle back to Autoxtreme. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. These people are the worst. The sell vehicles that are not in 100% good order and no after sale service at all.
