Full of empty promises

<p>I bought a car cash in January 2017. The car i bought was a merc e350 so it wasnt one of the cheepest cars on their floor. I got some great service from the manager as he replaced the 2 front tyres and arrainged for a spare key. I am still waiting for my spare key. Thats why i am here to name and shane the car sales man. His name is Henri. I gave him 3 months time before I phoned him the first time. I think there after 15 more calls. Everytime you call him he has excuses abd always sais he will phone you back. I will try again tomorrow. I mean really how long do you have to wait for a call back. He was very quick to sell the car when i told him its a cash deal. Now the service got so poor that i wont even buy my 2nd car there. Henri im still waiting for my spare key.</p>
