I purchased a ford bakkie last week. The customer service by Reghardt was excellent. He was prompt to call back after i left an enquiry on cars.com. He was quick to identify errors made by my insurance and organized correction. Gave day-to-day updates on the process and progress of ensuring the vehicle is ready for collection.
