Bad after sales service

I am back again on Hellopeter. After complain month ago about payment for Tracker and set of spare keys-Tracker has been sorted quickly but not the spare keys. The sales manager Mrs Sharon called me after my complain with promises to sort out the two issues. She was polite on the phone and apparently she wasn't aware of the problems. The spare key matter is still not resolved and is already 3 month!!! I even found myself locksmith in my area who can come to my house and he send me the quote which I forward to Mrs. Sharon. One month is already and I only received message that the quote has been forwarded to the Director of the company. As of today-sending numerous messages but no response. I was really under impression that after phone call from Mrs. Sharon, all issues will be sorted out. Unfortunately, don't be fulled by nice talk or chat. AFTER SERVICE FROM AUTO XTREME IN PRETORIA IS SIMPLY NOT EXISTING. As I promise month ago that I will wait how the issue will be sorted and if not, I will go further to social media. As from today, I also start communicate with Carte Blanche.
