Appalling service by Auto Xtreme

My wife bought a Land Rover Discovery 4 from Auto Xtreme in Silverton, Pretoria in February 2021. The car is very, very nice. However, the company is appalling. They gave us a R10 000 reduction in price which was much appreciated considering that they had messed us around a bit. In the week after collecting the car we established that the spare 'key' (the Discovery does not have a normal key) did not work. The sales person assured us that this would be resolved. After many weeks of trying to get some action I threatened the sales person with third party action. The next time I called the sales person had resigned and left. The person I was then referred to said he would look at the matter. His eventual response was that because my wife had been given a 'discount' they did not have to provide a 'working' second key. Unbelievable. Service like this leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.
