Incompatible 64O battery
Bought a battery in Midas Razoplo and given 640 battery and incompatible to my car Jeep Compass 2013.I went to complain that the battery it's compatible to my car and was given a new one and on the way I noticed it's 640 and dropped email to manager and was not assisted.The battery it's still incompatible to my car.Went to Midas Soshanguve and the manager said 652 it's compatible to my car and even my friend who is a ex manager at Midas checked for me and said 652 it's compatible to my c*****nt emails to Midas head office,Willard batteries and copied the Midas JHB manager and I was not assisted and seemingly 652 they have the terminals are not like for my car and they make it my problem to forcer with 640 battery which not compatible to my car.I have used a battery from Battery Centre which didn't give problems only that the battery was ****** @ my mechanic and the closest place was Midas jhb. At the end of the day I have 640 battery which not compatible to my car and even Google says 640 it's not compatible my car,652 is compatible.As a customer I need a battery compatible to my car.Its either refund my money and go buy at battery centre where I have never encountered any problems with their batteries.
