No help from Auto Workers Provident Funds and MiBCo.

In 2 ********** I was working Total Brits Flaschcor(Brits in North West). In 2006 I had an accident at work(Injury on duty) and the DR examined me. I was not able to continue working due to the injuries. In that period of two and half years, My Boss was deducting a certain amount of money from my salary towards my Provident fund. So when I was supposed to get the funds(Including the money for Injury on Duty), it turned out that he was deducting it but to putting it in the Auto workers Provident fund account. Found that out on 2006 wen I started applying for the fund to be released. I was sent back and forth for that until I went to MIBCO(Motor industry bargaining council) and they told me that my fund was not with them at the moment. And they promised to make a follow up on the case. And talk to the owner but never did. And on 2008 I went to Pension funds Adjudicator and they took my particulars and said the liaise with MIBCO and still no help was received. And all this year's I was going back and forth with no help. In 2008 I started the process again and in 2009 was informed the money is reflecting at MiBCo and still no help. So this year (2018) MIBCO sent my application to Auto workers Provident Funds but my applications we declined because I was supposed to claim for it with 3 years of leaving work, But I even have proving documents that all this process was started a year 2006 after I was unable to work.
