No toilet facility for elderly customers

I recently visited Somerset West. I filled up at this mentioned service station. I requested a toilet but the assistant informed me they got no toilet. As an elderly customer, far from home , this seems strange because all service stations I visited has .I asked the assistant if he could make a plan for an elderly customer. He informed he cannot and is only an employee. Their toilet facilities are only for them.
