THE BADDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED

I purchased my VW car in June 2025 and it is still under warranty, then I booked my less than a year VW Polo VIVO Hatchbag 1.4 L for repair on front left tyre due to knocking sound four times, first booking was 6/10/25, 11/3/26, 20/4/26 and lastly on 7/5/26, and Technicians did not detect anything, and I was sent home without my car being fixed. I escalated the matter to VW SA, did not help, now my complaint is with NCC for further intervention. Their capacity as Technicians is questionable. I will never purchase VW in future.
