Bad Service

I've been to VW Polokwane for a car service and it was extremely bad Service. I've been assisted by the lady called Stephanie and she was so helpful. My only problem is that I've been told to pay R5700 for which I've never received an invoice for it since the 3rd of March. My car started giving me problems after I took it for service with them, there is a water leakage not sure if it's pipe or the water bottle, front sensors not functioning properly as it was before, wipers not working properly and the air bag light is always on. I took the car back on the 11th and mentioned all that but unfortunately the technician didn't do anything. The sad part is that I was told to pay R1100 for all of that but the car is still under warranty. Again it seems like there is ***** stuff going on between service advisors and the technicians.
