*****! I purchased a vehicle from Wilsey Maree. The owner last year he has sold me a vehclie that he has not been able to transfer. He gave me the papers and when I got back to Cape Town to register he filled out the incorrect details and signed the documents. It has been over a year and he now has disappeared. Anyone else who would like to join me in legally going after him as I am not able to drive my vehicle as it’s not legally on the road.
