****y, Unprofessional, Rude & Bad Service

Took my buggy to have the breaks checked. They ended up quoting for something that was not even broken. Decided to go else where for a second opinion cause i felt i was being **********. When the other mechanic checked the buggy it in front of my own eyes it literally took 15 mins to purge the air under the vehicle which costed R400 compared to R2500 which Auto Vamp quoted for something unrelated. I wish it ended here... When i took my car out for a drive a few days later, I heard a few popping noises whilst driving and before i could think again my wheel and car started shaking. I then decided to pull over to the emergency lane. Thank god i did as my wheel was just about to fall off. I lost 3 bolts in process and the 2 remaining bolts were completely lose i could remove it with my bare fingers. I then went back to Auto Vamp and the Manager/Owner refused to help me after calling me a **** saying i had taken my car to someone else to repair. When in actual fact his workshop was the last mechanic to remove my wheels. He then refused to take responsibility and didn't even apologise. He then proceeded to throw us out the shop and removed our vehicle. After removing my buggy and putting my wheels back i waited for the police to arrive outside his workshop since there was no reasoning with him. Whilst my buggy was parking i then noticed Auto Vamps mechanic working on my car again?!? which was very worrying since he had already put the wheels and had thrown me out his shop. To my surprise i noticed that his mechanic had forgotten to put a part back on my wheel and was sent back out to do this..It seems this company forgets to do alot of things which is a big concern to not just my safety but others as well. This man has no customer service s****s and certainly no conscious as this could have resulted in a serious road accident. He failed to take responsibility and basically called us *****. Im amazed that he would go to such lengths to incriminate his customer to avoid replacing 3 missing BOLTS?!?! What ever happened to good business practice/ethics?? Auto Vamp is all about high quotes for non existant mechanical problems. He even went as far as calling me **** after i called the police. Such behaviour has to be reported as it reflects bad on the industry and on those who take pride service. Shame on you Auto Vamp. Think twice before taking your car there!!
