Expensive valet

<p>My son and I bought Groupon coupons for full valet services at Auto valet city at 7 Peter Park, 31 Montague Drive, Montague Gardens. Eventhough we paid for a full valet, they never cleaned my interior except for vacuuming my carpets. Whilst driving on the N2 highway, I got a flat wheel. I then realised that I had no wheel brace, emergency triangles, roadside assistance kit and a red imported blanket. I had to pay a towtruck R380 to tow my car home. The next day I called Jaenette at the valet place and she confirmed that my stuff (except for the blanket) had been handed to her for safekeeping. She even discribed the kit bag to me, but after a while she told me that they cannot find the kit bag. Then the story changed to "we fired the person who took the stuff out of your car sir". Fired for being honest? She promised me in an email that they would replace my kit bag. After numerous phone calls and emails, she told me her boss Ryan cannot find a replacement kit. I called Reeds N1 and they confirmed they have stock. Reeds emailed a qoutation to me which I forwarded to Jaenette. I went to go fetch the rest of my belongings and Jaenette told me that they cannot be held liable for damages. My vehicle or belongings was not damaged, it was Taken out of my vehicle, Handed in to the office staff for Safekeeping. You, Jaenette had my telephone number, but never called me. It is so easy to blame your workers, but you also failed to fulfill your duties to me as the customer. I will never bring my vehicle back to you and would strongly advise others to go through their cars to check if their belongings is in still in their vehicles after a valet service at Auto Valet City Mongague Gardens</p>
