Repairs to car leaves constant vibration on car

Repairs to Car supp**** a new front left rim that was our of rounds. The car constantly has a left front wheel vibration. on verification with another BMW dealer this rim has no damages on it but the rim is out if rounds. No assistance recived after 6 complaints and a whole 10 months has passed with no luck.<br> <br> I have left 17 messages for the dealer to call me. This has still not happned. absolutely horrifc service.
