AUTO REPAIRER THAT DEOSNT CARE!

I was in an accident on the 29.05.2015. incident occurred in Durban, and at night so vehicle was towed to the insurers yard. <br> <br> assessor approved the panel shop to be AUTO UMHLANGA REPAIRER based in Mount Edgecombe. they contacted me saying it is already Wednesday (03.06.2015), they would only book vehicle in for Monday (08.06.2015). even with that being said vehicle only arrived afternoon of the 10.06.2015.<br> <br> From that day there was endless excuses as to why repairs had not begun. blame kept shifting from repair admin staff to assessor. i called assessor directly and he told me he had provided authorization.<br> <br> on the 24.06.2015 i got tired of the excuses and requested to speak to the manager who was unavailable to i spoke to the workshop foreman. he was helpful enough to get my vehicle drive-able by 26.06.2015. 2 days and that's all it took. speaking to someone in charge. even on the day of pick up i was told there were a few other faults which needed authorization. till today 07.07.2015 these repairs have not been carried out as there was \miscommunication"between insurance assessor and repair admin staff.<br> <br> please"
