Insurance Claim- **** parts

We had an accident with a Mercedes Vito 2017 model in November 2018. We got a quotation from Auto Turbo Master for original Mercedes parts . We approved the quotation to go ahead with the job. On completion we had to take the van back 3 times as they kept on ******ing it up. They damaged a brand new ball joint * that was never replaced.

Then we had some panel beating done at Mercedes and found out some of the parts were not original parts as was promised to us. We called them , what-sapped and emailed them for 3 weeks. Very evasive, a new excuse every day. Then they called to say they ordered the parts and that the car needs to come in for 2 days. After a bit of research we found out the job would take 4-5 hrs max. We then called them to enquire why they would need 2 days their response was: That's our policy, take it or leave it. We called back today again and was told we would have to pay in for original parts, they put in parts at their own discretion. This after countless stories and calls.

Told them today we have tried our best to resolve the matter their response: Go ahead. I am sure they have done this before and will do it again. So just bare that in mind next time you want a quotation for a insurance claim from them.
