VEHICLE CHECK REPORT PAID FOR BUT NOT RECEIVED

<p>I requested a vehicle check report, I did the secure payment online and a message came up saying my report would download automatically and a copy would be sent to my email. This was done yesterday (30th June 2016) at around 5pm. The R99 was deducted from my account but nothing has downloaded and nothing has been sent to my email. I have sent through queries via the website and have not received any responses. </p>

Apologies for the inconvenience., it appears that the automated report was not delivered for some reason. We have sent onto the relevant department who will contact you and get the report to you asap, as well as look into why you did not receive a response to your website query. We will update our response once we have received confirmation that your vehicle check report has been delivered.
