Useless platform

We keep paying for ads that do not appear when searching for them after being told that they are loaded. During December and January we advertised 2 vehicles at below market value yet we did not receive 1 phone call, not even from ********. We at one stage figured out that when you select "private seller" the ad appears but when you select "all" the ads are nowhere. Called and emailed many times to have it rectified but to no avail. If you are reading this please advertise elsewhere
