*****ulent vehicle reports

Vehicle reports are as *****ulent as the dealers they support. I requested my R99 refund for a report that showed a clean vehicle however when I went to view it the vehicle had been in a serious accident and had been repaired poorly.

No communication from customer care or any resolution.
