Takes 12 hours to update live adds on Auto Trader
To update my adverti*****t takes up to 12 hours .If I phone and complain staff are helpful add it is updated in 30 minutes. I am told my add is in a queue .I loose valuable exposure with an out of date add . No one cares to reimburses me for Auto Trader s poor system that can not cope. On Gumtree I do not have this problem.Perhaps Auto Trader now has enough customers.
