POOR SERVICE AUTOTRADER!

Poor customer service from autotrader!!! They waste time emailing me on a correction i must make, after i have paid for an AD? It has stalled my AD appearing by 4 days, despite me saying URGENT! They should have called me and sorted it out in ONE DAY!!!!
