Very Poor Service

I had a very disappointing experience with AutoTrader's vehicle buying service.

I made two enquiries through their website regarding selling our previous car. I then followed up with three separate emails, yet I received absolutely no acknowledgement or response whatsoever.

Their automated message states:

"Start getting excited! You’re one step closer to getting your Instant Offer! We hope your phone is nearby! We’re about to call you with the next steps."

Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from my experience. No phone call ever came, and none of my enquiries were answered.

The only positive aspect was that we purchased our brand-new car through a dealership that was listed on AutoTrader. The dealership itself provided excellent service throughout the process. However, AutoTrader's own customer service for selling a vehicle was extremely disappointing and deserves significant improvement
