Paid but no report and refuse to refund

I wanted a vehicle check from vin number. Entered details. Paid the fee. Once done they said error occured after my money was taken. I know its a R99.00. But then no report i sent them an email. And was told to send my acc number my id the car model the year when last it was washed who washed it did a dog pee on the tyres. Omg so many questons. I only eanted my 100 bucks back so i can pay one else. I just bought the car if i knew the answer i would not have requested info. And paid for it. Omg the service levels are non existent. Please add minus 10 stars then the consultant asking me starts with as per telephonic discussion. What???? No one called me. Im upset but more sad that its got this bad robbing us with 100 bucks i mean what in the actual ...
