No Refund for services not provided

<p>I placed an add on the 2nd of April in Auto trader for print and digital as offered on their website and paid the requested amount via Credit card.</p> <p>We were informed that the print option is not available anymore and we therefore opted for a refund rather than just having the digital add placed.</p> <p>Since then after filling in all refund forms as requested I have yet to receive my refund. Nangamso Twalo is the contact person at Auto Trader and silly excuses such as the person who does the refunding is out of office has been the order of the day. Its been more than 3 months of not receiving my refund.</p>
