Irritated about Incompetency!
So on the 20th of September I dissed AutoTrader and their inability to Unsubscribe me from their mailing lists. They kindly asked me to provide them with my email address. Which I did on the same day. Guess what? They are STILL spamming me! Come on guys! It is not that hard! UNSUBSCRIBE Me! Please! FFS!

We do apologise for this, as mentioned in our last 3 replies to you, Hellopeter is deleting/hiding your email address from us. Even when you reply to us here on Hellopeter with your email address, Hellopeter replaces your email address (or any contact information) with stars in the reply we see. This means we cannot find your email address on our database in order to delete it as we don't know what your email address is.
Please, please can you message us your email address on Facebook - search for AutoTraderSA on Facebook and send us a message with your email address. We will then be able to find you on our lists so we can remove it. (Facebook does not redact contact information the same way Hellopeter does)
We have tried searching our base using your name (Monique) however, as you can imagine we have multiple subscribers with this name and as such we don't know which one to delete.
We assure you, if you can send this email address to us on Facebook or even to our customer service email address, we will find you on our list and remove you permanently. We will ensure that you never receive another email from us again.
We really want to help you and get this matter resolved, please send us your email address (either on FB or to our customer service email address) so that we can fix this for you.
