Autotrader seems to be the height of incompetence. The call centre forwards calls to my private cell phone number, which has no association to them at all. I have politely asked them to change the entry in their system, but they claim that their IT department says that there is no problem. The inference is that if the IT department is incapable of finding and changing a number in a call hunt group, it follows that Autotrader does not have a clue, and should not be trusted to handle personal information or anything with financial implications.
