Excellent Customer Service

I purchased a vehicle, from a respected dealership, as a result of the adverti*****t they placed on AutoTrader. The ad stated it was a one owner, full service history vehicle. I paid a deposit, flew to the other side of the country to take delivery. The vehicle immediately gave problems and on close scrutiny there were huge gaps in the service history. I went to double check the advert but it had been taken down by the dealership.

I asked AutoTrader customer service if they could provide me with a full copy of the advert. They responded quickly, advised of the details they needed in order to do so and I quickly had the proof that I needed to challenge the dealership. Good job. Thank you.
