Double Payment and Ad still not live
Auto Trader - I tried to post an online ad with you on Monday LAST week, you took a double payment as your payment gateway kept saying payment failed when it actually hadn't. I've called 4 times in a week and have got zero response from you guys? You now have my double payment but have still not posted my ad live on your site.<br> <br> I've just seen that another user had the same issue last week but because he came straight onto Hello Peter his issue was resolved in a day, I didnt take to complain as quickly and my issue still isn't sorted out? Next time i'll just come straight to Hello Peter then.
