BREACH OF COMPANY TERMS AND CPA

Auto trader recently announced the winner to their #Carfie competition in which the terms and conditions state that the entries to the competition must be a PHOTO.

There were hundreds and hundreds of entries. The winning entry today, decided by a group of “independent” judges, was of a VIDEO format.

The company did not abide by its own terms and conditions and have in turn falsely advertised their competition to each and every entrant. Absolutely terrible from the company and each and every entrant has had their consumer rights violated.

The outcomes of the competition should be audited by a proper independent auditor to make sure that the company has followed its terms and conditions.
