BLOWN AWAY! :)
I would just like to commend Pam Govender on her AMAZING service with my ad! Pam has gone out of her way to ensure I am happy and I believe this kind of service needs to be recognised. I myself am in the customer services industry and service like this is very rare. Well done Pam, I'm a tough cookie to please but you have blown me away! Keep up the fantastic work :)
